New Service Request


Welcome to Jarrell Schwertner Water Supply!
We look forward to serving you.

If you are a new customer with a newly built home – congratulations! To start service, you will need to:

  • Fill out our Service Application

  • Provide proof of ownership (acceptable documents include a Settlement Statement, Warranty Deed, or Closing Disclosure)

  • Pay the membership fee (please contact our office for the current fee amount). Payment may be made by cash, check, or money order.

If you are renting, both the owner and tenant will need to complete our Rental Agreement. This can be submitted by email at office@jswatersupply.com or in person at our office.

If you are requesting to install a meter on a property without an existing meter, you will need to:

  • Provide proof of ownership

  • Submit a Service Application

  • Provide a map of the property

  • Pay the required engineering fee (please contact our office for details).
