DIRECTOR’S POSITIONS

 

 

In accordance with the Corporation’s By-laws and associated amendments, there will be an Annual Stockholder’s Meeting conducted on February 13, 2019. The Corporation’s agenda will include the election of three (3) Directorships of the Corporation that expire the date of the Annual Meeting.

A brand new year, a brand new day — clean and shiny, spotless and gleaming, hopeful and exciting. Untouched and unspoiled, like a present that has just been unwrapped.
